As cute as I find amigurumi crochet, I do not like all the counting that goes along with it. I saw a pin for a knitted version of this bunny made from a square, with a few stitches put in to form the bunny shape.
This would be a good scrap buster project. I used yarn left over form a baby blanket. I also saw someone suggest that it would be a good use of and square swatches that get made to test gauge for a project. Either way, I think it is cute, and could probably be made with fleece or a small washcloth as well.
